Are you an experienced Senior Site Manager with a proven track record in industrial build projects? We have an exciting opportunity for you to join a reputable construction company in Lancashire for an initial 3-month contract, with the potential for extension for the right candidate.As a Senior Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations on the construction site, ensuring that the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will need to have a valid SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certificate, as well as a First Aid qualification, and a minimum of 5 years' experience in industrial build projects.In addition to your technical skills and experience, we are looking for a candidate who can demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills, the ability to manage and motivate a team, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
