Site Manager

Due to ongoing success and retained, repeat business, my client, a well established main contractor based in Teeside are looking for a 2 x Site managers to join their team.

The initial project will be a commercial refurbishment of 2 live blocks which will be stripped back in their entirety down to the shell and fit out again. These will be running simultaneously for 18 months based in Middlesbrough

As the Site Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of a critical infrastructure project, including repairs, maintenance, reinstatement, and excavation of pipework. You will ensure that all activities are carried out efficiently, on time, and within budget while maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and lead site operations, including repairs, maintenance, and excavation
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers
• Oversee project timelines and budgets
• Report progress to senior management and the client
• Maintain strong client relationships
