Job Purpose:

As a Personal Assistant, you’ll be the first point of contact for the business, providing professional and proactive support to the Board of Directors. You'll manage diaries, handle admin tasks, support internal communications, and help ensure the office runs smoothly. This is a fast-paced, varied role ideal for someone highly organised, communicative, and confident juggling multiple priorities.

Responsibilities:

* Act as the first point of contact for the company – greeting guests and managing visitor access.

* Manage Directors’ diaries, appointments, and travel arrangements.

* Coordinate and prepare meeting rooms and the demonstration centre for internal and client use.

* Handle all incoming communications, including phone calls, emails, post, and voicemails.

* Provide full administrative support to the executive team, including preparing reports, documents, and agendas.

* Organise internal and external meetings, including taking minutes and distributing materials.

* Support recruitment processes and HR admin as required.

* Maintain stock of office supplies and refreshments.

* Ensure the front-of-house area is professional, clean, and welcoming.

* Manage incoming/outgoing post, visitor logs, and office access passes.

* Liaise with multiple departments and support the sales team as required.

Key Skills / Qualifications:

* Strong organisation, prioritisation, and time-management skills.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

* Confident working autonomously and proactively.

* High attention to detail and accuracy.

* Friendly, dynamic, and enthusiastic personality – a great team fit.

* 3+ years’ experience in a PA, business support or administrative role.

* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); CRM experience is a plus.

* Minimum of 5 GCSEs including Maths and English (Grade C or above).

* Experience supporting senior leadership or executives is highly desirable.

* Full UK driving licence is required (errands may be necessary on behalf of the board).

Salary: £26,000 – £30,000 (DOE)
Hours: Monday – Friday: 08:00 – 16:30
