Site Manager

Site Manager – RC Frame High-Rise | Leeds | £280-£300/day | 18-Month Contract

We're looking for an experienced Site Manager to join a major RC frame high-rise Build to Rent project in Leeds, kicking off this August.

The Job:

You'll be running the site day-to-day, managing trades, keeping the programme on track, and making sure everything runs safely and smoothly. The build is a large-scale, high-rise residential scheme with reinforced concrete frames – so previous RC frame experience is essential.

What You'll Need:

Strong background managing RC frame builds – ideally high-rise

Valid SMSTS, CSCS (Black or White), and First Aid

Great team leadership and communication skills

What's on Offer:

£280-£300 per day, depending on experience

18-month contract

Start date: August 2025

Long-term project with a well-established main contractor
