Salary: £60,000 – £65,000 + Package (Negotiable based on experience)

Are you an experienced Site Manager with a strong background in reinforced concrete (RC) structures? Ready to take on a high-profile project with one of the UK’s leading main contractors?
We are currently seeking a Site Manager to lead and coordinate all RC works on a landmark £80 million mixed-use development in Reading. This is a prestigious Tier 1 contractor known for delivering complex, large-scale projects to the highest standards.
🔨 Key Responsibilities:
*
Oversee and manage the RC frame and groundwork packages from start to completion
*
Coordinate subcontractors, site logistics, and health & safety compliance
*
Ensure delivery is on time, within budget, and meets quality standards
*
Liaise with project managers, engineers, and design teams to resolve issues
*
Maintain detailed site records, risk assessments, and daily reports
*
Manage labour, materials, and equipment on site
✅ Requirements:
*
Proven experience managing RC frame packages on large-scale (£50m+) construction projects
*
Background working with Tier 1 or Tier 2 contractors or major subcontractors
*
SMSTS, CSCS (Black/Gold), and First Aid certified
*
Strong technical knowledge of RC construction and sequencing
*
Ability to manage high-pressure environments and deliver safely at pace
*
Excellent communication and leadership skills
