An established and respected construction and development company based in Edinburgh is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join its growing commercial team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional to work across a variety of projects, including residential, commercial, and industrial developments, within a business known for delivering high-quality work and long-term career stability.

Your Role:
As Quantity Surveyor, you'll play a key role in the financial management of construction projects, including cost planning, procurement, valuation of works, and final accounts. You will work closely with the commercial team and site management to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
What You’ll Need:
Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within construction (residential or commercial)
Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related field
Strong understanding of construction contracts and cost control
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
