Quantity Surveyor – Permanent – Crawley

Role Description:

Kennet Solutions are partnering with a Civil Engineering Contractor based in Crawley that operates across the Highways, Utilities, Rail and Residential Sectors with a recent turnover of circa £60m.

As their Quantity Surveyor you will be responsible for:

* Managing projects with an avg. value of £500K – £2M cradle-to-grave

* Subcontract Management

* Cost Reporting

* Change Management

* CVR Reporting

Quantity Surveyor Requirements

* Experience delivering one-off capital civil engineering projects

* Ability to get to sites in West Sussex 2/3 days per week

* Experience delivering projects using NEC, JCT or Bespoke Contracts
