Architectural Technologist
We are currently representing a talented, award-winning architectural practice based in Milton Keynes who are actively looking for an Architectural Technologist to join their team expanding team. This is an excellent career opportunity for an Architectural Technologist to build and develop their career further within an inspiring, well-established practice that have excellent progression opportunities. Our client has just reported their most profitable financial year and due to this are looking to continue their growth in this office.
The Architectural Technologist will be working on a wide range of projects across a range of sectors. Key sectors include Education, Healthcare, MOJ and Commercial. Projects vary in size and value, with the smallest at around £2m and largest in the region of £130m. The successful individual will be working as part of a growing team as well as independently within the practice, taking projects from Inception through to Completion.
Our client works on multi-million-pound projects and a large proportion of their workload is through recommendation or repeat business, which is why they pride themselves on their outstanding work. The office use Revit as a primary software so knowledge of the software is highly advantageous.
Architectural Technologist Salary & Benefits
Competitive salary (£30,000 – £40,000 DOE)

Architectural Technologist Job Overview
Work as part of a project ream to deliver a variety of schemes across all stage
Produce design risk assessments
Liaise and produce documentation
Produce technical drawings/details
Assist with administering contracts
Carry out site and snagging inspections
Work on Revit on a daily basis
Architectural Technologist Job Requirements
Ideally 2+ years' experience in an Architectural Practice/Consultancy
Good knowledge of Revit
Highly motivated with an excellent work ethic
Good technical detailing ability
Thorough knowledge of Building Regulations
Live within a commutable distance of Milton Keynes
Knowledge of NBS advantageous
