Site Manager

Nexum Group are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a school refurbishment project near Andover. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing refurbishment works in live or occupied educational environments and a firm grasp of health and safety protocols.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

* Manage day-to-day site operations to ensure smooth project delivery

* Coordinate subcontractors, trades, and materials

* Ensure works are completed on time, within budget, and to a high standard

* Maintain strict health and safety practices on a live school site

* Communicate effectively with clients, the project team, and local authorities

* Maintain site documentation and daily records

✅ Requirements:

* Proven experience as a Site Manager, ideally on school or public sector refurbishment projects

* SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) – essential

* First Aid at Work – essential

* Excellent leadership and communication skills

* Ability to manage tight schedules and maintain a clean, safe working site
