Electrical Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join a dynamic and well-established electrical contractor known for delivering high-spec Cat A & Cat B office fit-outs across London.

While the company’s core focus is on fast-paced commercial projects, they are currently delivering a critical healthcare installation at a major hospital in the Heathrow area, offering an exciting opportunity to diversify your project experience.

Responsibilities:

Oversee all aspects of electrical installation on site, from design coordination through to commissioning and handover

*

Manage site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure quality, safety, and timely delivery

*

Liaise with main contractors, consultants, and clients to ensure smooth communication and project alignment

*

Monitor programme, cost control, and procurement schedules

*

Ensure compliance with industry standards and NHS regulations (where applicable)

*

Report progress and manage risk proactively with senior leadership

What We’re Looking For:

*

Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager in the commercial fit-out sector (Cat A & B)

*

Strong understanding of electrical systems, project sequencing, and on-site delivery

*

Experience with healthcare projects or knowledge of medical/clinical installs is advantageous

*

Excellent leadership, organisation, and communication skills

*

SMSTS, ECS/CSCS and relevant electrical qualifications

*

Full UK driving licence
