Manage a small team of more junior levels and contribute to their professional development and check over their work
liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure successful delivery of projects
Lead and work across RIBA work stages 1 through to 5 on residential and commercial projects
Carry out site visits and ensure compliance is achieved
Prepare design drawings for competitive tenderRequirements for the role of Project Architect:

ARB Registered
Strong post RIBA Part 3 qualification experience as an Architect within a UK practice
Proficiency with Vectorworks
Experience with Revit would be advantageous
Experience working on projects across RIBA stages 1-5
Job running experience
Experience in a previous role managing a small team
Excellent communication and organisational skills
