Assistant Site Manager – Maidstone, Kent – Residential Fit Out

We’re currently looking for an experienced Assistant Site Manager to join the team on a residential fit out in Maidstone. This is an immediate start on a 50 week programme with the potential of ongoing work.

You’ll be assisting with day-to-day site operations, coordinating trades, ensuring health & safety standards are met, and supporting the Site Manager to keep the project on track and within budget.

Requirements:

* Previous experience on residential fit-out projects

* SMSTS or SSSTS

* First Aid

* Strong organisational and communication skills

* Able to work autonomously and take initiative on-site
