About the Role:
Join a growing and dynamic team based in Cornwall, working on exciting residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects. As a Junior Quantity Surveyor, you'll play a key role in supporting senior surveyors with cost management, contract administration, and project monitoring, ensuring everything stays on budget and runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the preparation of cost estimates and budgets for projects
Conduct site visits and assessments
Support procurement and tendering processes
Monitor project costs and manage variations
Prepare and maintain detailed reports and financial forecasts
Build strong relationships with contractors, clients, and consultantsAbout You:

2-3 years' experience in Quantity Surveying
Strong knowledge of construction industry practices and regulations
Proficiency in using industry-standard software (e.g., CostX, Excel)
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent qualification
