We’re working with a well-established, multi-disciplinary property and construction consultancy who are seeking a driven and capable Project Manager to join their expanding team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a variety of public and private sector projects including education, residential, and commercial developments.

The Role:
You’ll take full ownership of projects from inception to completion, working closely with internal teams, clients, contractors, and stakeholders. Your role will be key in ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage multiple construction and property projects

Prepare and manage project documentation, including briefs, risk registers, and programmes

*

Chair project meetings and liaise with stakeholders at all levels

*

Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and frameworks

*

Provide high-quality consultancy services, representing the business with professionalism and expertise

About You:

*

Minimum 3 years’ experience in a Project Manager role within construction or property consultancy

*

Proven track record of successfully delivering projects end-to-end

*

Strong communication, organisational, and stakeholder management skills

*

Ideally hold (or be working towards) a professional qualification (e.g. RICS, APM, CIOB) – not essential

*

Familiarity with public sector frameworks (desirable)

The Offer:

Competitive salary between £50,000 – £57,000, depending on experience
