Prepare building regulation and planning applications for estate developments
Prepare House type and Estate layout designs
Liaise with client and consultants, as well as carrying out site visits
Produce technical packages from conception through to completionRequirements for the role of Senior Architectural Technologist:

Relevant degree within Architectural Technology
Significant post qualification experience as an Architectural Technician within a UK practice
Proficiency with AutoCAD
Have housing experience
Strong UK building regulation knowledge
Job running experience
Strong attention to detail
Excellent communication and organisational skills
