We're now on the lookout for a skilled and motivated Estimator to join our friendly and experienced team. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in shaping exciting projects across the UK, with contract values ranging from £50k to £2m.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll manage and deliver accurate, timely cost estimates to support the success of our tendering process and contribute to winning high-quality refurbishment and fit-out projects. Your responsibilities will include:
Reviewing and managing new enquiries
Scoping works and interpreting technical drawings
Liaising with clients, architects, and contractors
Researching and pricing labour, materials, and equipment
Coordinating sub-contractor and supplier quotations
Preparing detailed estimates and submitting formal quotations
Supporting bid preparation and buying activities
Maintaining our quote register and tracking feedbackWhat We’re Looking For
We’re looking for a detail-driven, commercially minded estimator with a solid understanding of construction, preferably within the fit-out or furniture sector. You’ll need:
✅ 3+ years’ experience in Estimating or Quantity Surveying
✅ Strong knowledge of building components, regs & H&S
✅ Confidence reading and quantifying from drawings
✅ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat
✅ Excellent communication and time management
✅ A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
✅ Experience in fitted furniture is a bonus
