Building Control Specialist

Providing Building Safety Act (2022) and Building Regulation advise to clients you will aid with the Building Regulation Principal Design service. You will liaise with your team to utilise Design Compliance trackers and ensure smooth transition towards Gateway 2 Applications.

Building Control Specialist Requirements

Class 2F – with HRB experience (required) – Class 3 G/H (Preferred)
Member of a professional organisation: MCABE / RIBA / MCIAT / MICE (Required)
Sound knowledge of Building Control/Regulations and Gateway applications (required)What will you get in return?
