Quantity Surveyor

A highly respected and long-standing construction consultancy are seeking an articulate, apc driven Quantity Surveyor to join their head office in South London.

The Quantity Surveyor’s role

The successful Quantity Surveyor shall join a multi-functional team, working across a diverse array of residential developments, education, listed buildings, and public body projects.

In terms of responsibility, the new Quantity Surveyor shall carry out pre and post contract services, take the lead on smaller projects, and provide an EA/CA service.

The Quantity Surveyor

* Completed a Quantity Surveying degree or similar

* 2 years or more Quantity Surveying experience in the UK

* Must have worked within another PQS / QS consultancy

* Pre and post contract knowledge

* Any Employers Agent or Contract Admin’ experience would be a plus
