🔍 About the Role:

As a Joinery Estimator, you'll be responsible for preparing accurate, competitive, and detailed cost estimates for a variety of joinery projects. Your insights will help shape our bids and ensure projects are both profitable and perfectly executed.

🧰 Key Responsibilities:

Interpret architectural drawings, specifications, and scope of works

Produce accurate take-offs and cost estimates for materials, labor, and time

*

Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain quotes

*

Work closely with project managers and clients to understand requirements

*

Assist in bid submissions and tender documents

*

Track project costs and provide updates on budget forecasts

✅ Requirements:

Proven experience as an Estimator in the joinery or construction industry

*

Strong knowledge of bespoke joinery materials, fittings, and manufacturing processes

*

Proficiency in estimating software (e.g., Excel, Bluebeam, or industry-specific tools)

*

Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy

Strong communication and organizational skills
