A leading infrastructure contractor is seeking an experienced Sub Agent to join their team on a permanent basis, delivering high-value highways and heavy civils projects across Kent. The Role

As Sub Agent, you’ll be responsible for managing sections of work across multiple civils and highways packages. You’ll support the Agent and Project Manager in leading site teams, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate day-to-day site operations

*

Supervise and mentor site engineers and foremen

*

Ensure project delivery in line with programme, budget, and specifications

*

Liaise with internal teams, designers, and external stakeholders

*

Maintain accurate site records, reports, and quality documentation

*

Uphold health, safety, and environmental standards at all times

What We’re Looking For

*

Civil Engineering degree or HNC equivalent

*

Strong background in highways and heavy civils

*

Experience delivering works as a Sub Agent or Senior Engineer

*

Strong leadership and communication skills

*

CSCS card, SMSTS, and First Aid (preferred)
