Construction Manager

My client is seeking a Construction Manager to work on a CAT B commercial fit-out project in Bristol.

The successful Construction Manager will be working as part of a team of Construction Managers reporting into a Project Director. You will be driving trades to see project through to completion, holding trade contractor meetings, reviewing subcontractor RAMS and involvement in site inductions. This is working for a leading Main Contractor.

To be considered for this Construction Manager role, you must have valid SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certificates.

This Construction Manager position is being offered on a freelance basis for 3 months through to project completion. Pay rate is negotiable (approx. £350-£375 per day) and we can pay LTD (pending IR35 assessment), CIS or Umbrella PAYE.
