Site Manager
We’re working with a leading residential developer delivering a range of high-volume housing schemes across South Wales. Due to continued growth, they’re now looking to appoint experienced Residential Site Managers to oversee developments built using a mix of traditional construction and timber frame methods.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established and supportive business with a strong reputation for build quality and internal progression.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day site operations from groundwork through to handover
Manage subcontractors, site teams, and trades to ensure programme delivery
Ensure all works are carried out in line with H&S, NHBC/Premier standards, and company procedures
Monitor build quality, conduct snagging, and liaise with internal departments and clients
Drive a positive site culture focused on safety, quality, and collaboration
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Site Manager in residential housing (50+ units)
Strong knowledge of timber frame and traditional build methods
SMSTS, First Aid, and CSCS (Site Manager level) certifications
Ability to lead and motivate site teams, manage subcontractors, and meet build programmes
Excellent communication and organisational skills
