The Role:
This hybrid role blends project admin, document control, and office management responsibilities, ideal for someone organised, efficient, and comfortable juggling different tasks across the business.
What You’ll Be Doing:

Supporting Project Managers with documentation, tracking, and reporting.

Managing and updating key project files, drawings, and records.

Handling general office duties: supplies, diaries, basic facilities support.
*
Liaising with internal teams and external partners to keep everything running smoothly.

Helping with onboarding and maintaining internal compliance checklists.
