Site Manager

A leading five-star house builder is seeking a driven and organised professional to lead the delivery of a traditional build development in Ancaster, Lincolnshire, consisting of beautifully designed 3 and 4-bedroom family homes.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day site operations to ensure timely and high-quality construction.

Coordinate trades and subcontractors efficiently to meet build targets.

*

Ensure health and safety standards are maintained at all times.

*

Liaise with customers, sales teams, and internal departments.

*

Oversee quality control and snagging processes through to completion.

Requirements:

*

Proven experience as a Site Manager on volume housing developments.

*

Strong knowledge of traditional build methods.

*

SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications.

*

Excellent communication, leadership, and organisation skills.

*

A commitment to upholding the five-star standard in every aspect of the build.
