Site Manager – Roofing / Cladding – Caterham

The Shore Group are working with a multifaceted roofing contractor who specialise projects across the South and Southeast of England, covering a broard range of ventures – from bespoke residential projects and complex multi-discipline new builds to comprehensive refurbishments.

As Site Manager, you will be required to be the No.1 on site, managing the packages and reporting to the visiting Contracts Manager.

Packages will include roofing, cladding and scaffold with values typically between £2million-£4million. These packages will typically be high-profile projects, for example: Heathrow, Doncaster Hotel. With some builders work and small M&E works.
