Location: Hampshire

Salary: £38-45,000 DOE

Opportunity to contribute to high-profile, design-led projects across the UKDaily Duties:

Lead the preparation of detailed technical packages across all RIBA stages
Manage and coordinate with external consultants, clients, and internal teams
Provide technical oversight on multiple live projects simultaneously
Ensure compliance with UK Building Regulations and best practices
Develop and manage Revit models for coordination and delivery
Support and mentor junior staff members within the studio
Conduct site visits, attend meetings, and resolve on-site technical issuesIdeal Candidate:

Degree qualified in Architectural Technology or similar discipline
Substantial UK industry experience in a similar role
Proficient in Revit and confident working in a BIM environment (essential)
Strong understanding of UK Building Regulations and construction detailing
Experience delivering medium to large-scale projects, especially through technical and delivery stages
Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving abilities
