Salary: £45,000-£70,000 (inclusive of car allowance) + addition benefits
The Opportunity
We are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor / Associate Quantity Surveyor (PQS) to join our dynamic team based in their Birmingham office. As part of a growing national practice, you will play a key role in delivering a robust pipeline of projects across the UK, predominantly in the affordable housing sector. Other clients the company work with include sporting/leisure clients, heritage conservation areas , local government buildings etc.
Person Specification
We’re looking for professionals who thrive in a collaborative, client-focused environment and are passionate about delivering high-quality, sustainable developments. You’ll work alongside a team of 50+ professionals, providing structured Quantity Surveying services from inception through to completion.
• Proven experience in quantity surveying and contract administration
• Strong understanding of JCT Design & Build contracts
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Relevant qualifications (e.g., BSc, MRICS, or working towards).
