Responsibilities
Perform site surveys and participate in client briefings to gather project requirements.
Prepare and submit 2D and 3D design packages for planning applications.
Collaborate with external design teams to ensure cohesive project delivery.
Develop comprehensive Building Regulation packages.
Represent the firm at networking and industry events to enhance business relationships.
Respond to new client inquiries and discuss proposed projects.
Independently manage multiple deadlines, ensuring timely delivery of tasks.
Support the director with daily operations and administrative tasks, including managing office logistics.
Qualifications
ARB Registered
Sufficient experience in the residential sector, with proven experience across RIBA Work Stages 0-4.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and InDesign.
Solid understanding of Planning Policy and Building Regulation/construction requirements.
Polished communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organisational capabilities and time management.
