Contract Manager – Yorkshire

Are you a driven and experienced Contracts Manager looking for your next challenge within residential construction?
An established and well-respected housebuilder is seeking a Contracts Manager to oversee multiple sites across Yorkshire. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing business with a strong pipeline of work and a reputation for delivering quality new homes.

What you'll be doing:

Managing the operational delivery of several live housing developments

Supporting Site Managers and project teams to ensure build quality, programme, H&S, and budgets are met

Liaising with internal departments, subcontractors, and external consultants to ensure smooth project delivery

Providing leadership and direction to site teams, ensuring high performance and continuous improvement

Monitoring progress against programme and taking proactive steps to resolve any issues

Reporting to the Construction Director and playing a key role in strategic project delivery

What we're looking for:

Proven experience as a Contracts Manager within the housebuilding sector

Strong knowledge of construction processes, regulations, and health & safety

Able to manage multiple sites at various stages of the build lifecycle

Excellent leadership and communication skills, with a proactive and solution-focused approach

SMSTS, CSCS Black Card, First Aid at Work (or equivalent)

Full UK driving licence – sites will be based across Yorkshire
