The Role:
We are currently seeking an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join our client’s growing commercial team. You’ll be supporting the successful delivery of multiple new build projects within Central London, working alongside experienced professionals and gaining exposure to all stages of the construction lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the preparation of tender and contract documents
Support in cost planning, budgeting, and value engineering
Measure and value works in progress and completed projects
Help with procurement and management of subcontractor packages
Contribute to cost reporting and forecasting
Liaise with site teams, consultants, and clients
Requirements:
Previous experience as an Assistant Quantity Surveyor with a Main Contractor is essential
Exposure to new build projects in any of the following sectors: Residential, Commercial, Hotel, or Leisure
Strong communication and organisational skills
Ambition to progress within a forward-thinking construction business
Relevant qualifications in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management
