Location: South East (Kent/Sussex/Surrey – site & hybrid mix)
💷 Salary: £65k–£75k + benefits

An established civil engineering contractor is looking for a Project Manager to lead multiple small-to-medium infrastructure projects ranging from £50k to £1m each. The company operates across environmental, water, and infrastructure frameworks, with a strong reputation for delivering complex, sensitive works.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead delivery of 3–4 concurrent projects, from ECI through to completion

*

Client-facing role – manage relationships and represent the business professionally

*

Work closely with estimating and delivery teams on bids, pricing and risk/opportunity

*

Oversee subcontractors, site teams and progress reporting

*

Develop and manage baseline programmes using Microsoft Project

*

Ensure commercial and contractual responsibilities are met, with strong grip on chang

Ideal Background:

*

Civil engineering background (water, EA, environmental, marine, or similar)

*

Experience managing jobs between £50k–£2m

*

Strong Microsoft Project skills essential

*

Familiarity with public frameworks or client-side interaction (EA, councils, water companies)

*

Capable of both delivering and helping win future work
