The Role – What You’ll Do:
As an Estimator, you will play a key role in developing competitive, accurate, and commercially sound estimates for a variety of construction and refurbishment projects. You will work closely with directors, surveyors, and project managers from pre-construction through to tender submission.
Key Responsibilities:

Analyse drawings, specifications, and scope documents to produce detailed cost estimates
*
Prepare and present accurate tender submissions
*
Liaise with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to obtain best-value pricing
*
Identify cost risks and opportunities across a diverse portfolio of projects
*
Support the business development and pre-construction process with strategic input

What They Require:

Proven experience as an Estimator in construction or refurbishment contracting
*
Knowledge of public sector frameworks and private sector tendering
*
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
*
Strong commercial acumen and attention to detail
*
Confident communicator and team player
*
Proficient in estimating software (e.g., ConQuest, Causeway, or similar)
