The Opportunity:
Due to sustained growth and a strong pipeline of prestigious projects, our client is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to join their dedicated commercial team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on unique and complex developments where quality, precision, and client satisfaction are paramount.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage all aspects of cost control, procurement, and contractual matters throughout the project lifecycle.

Prepare bills of quantities, tender documents, and contract documentation.

Assess subcontractor applications and prepare payment certificates.
*
Liaise with project teams to provide financial insight and ensure commercial success.

Monitor and report on project budgets, forecasts, and profitability.
*
Handle contract variations and claims with a commercial mindset.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor, ideally within high-end residential or commercial construction.
*
Strong working knowledge of JCT contracts.
*
Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
*
The ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
*
A relevant degree or professional qualification (e.g. RICS accreditation is desirable).
