Senior Quantity Surveyor – Belgium

€90,000 – €110,000 basic salary

Project: Hyperscale Data Centre

Looking for a motivated, commercially minded Senior Quantity Surveyor with experience of the full life cycle of construction projects behind them, ideally with at least one data centre. It will be a fast-paced environment, so you will need to be confident to take full ownership of packages across CSA from tender to final account.

Do you feel overlooked and are now ready to step up to a Senior Quantity Surveyor on a fast moving project?

You will oversee the development and implementation of commercial strategies, manage budgets and costs, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. You will mentor junior staff & manage relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Experience needed for this role:

* Quantity Surveyor degree

* Ideally 1 data centre project behind you

* Longevity with a Main Contractor

* Flexibility and a motivation to travel within the EU

* Due to mobilisation EU/UK passport needed
