Project Manager – £20M Industrial Project (12 Months)

📍 Peterborough | 🏗️ Industrial New Build | ⏳ 12-Month Contract or permanent offer.

Day rate up to £400 per day

We are recruiting for an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of a £20 million industrial new build project in Peterborough. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of a high-profile scheme and work with a strong team through to successful completion.

🔍 The Role:

You’ll be responsible for the end-to-end management of the site, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on time, and to budget. Working with the client, design team, and contractors, you will coordinate all site activities and drive progress on this complex industrial build.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the day-to-day management of the project on site

*

Develop and maintain the programme, sequencing & reporting

*

Manage subcontractors and the site team, ensuring clear communication and performance

*

Oversee quality control, health & safety compliance, and client liaison

*

Chair site meetings, provide progress reports, and resolve any on-site issues

*

Ensure all packages are delivered to specification and in line with the overall plan

✅ About You:

*

Proven experience delivering industrial, warehouse, or large-scale commercial builds (£10m+)

*

Strong leadership and organisational skills

*

Capable of managing complex programmes and multiple subcontractors

*

Excellent knowledge of construction processes, health & safety, and quality standards

*

SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid certified
