Project Quantity Surveyor – Leeds – up to £65k + Generous Benefits Package

Are you looking for a site based role to deliver an exciting and challenging, civil engineering project, offering local work for the next 5 years?

Due to someone relocating, a brand new position has become available for a Project Quantity Surveyor to take over the site based commercial management of a £24m earthworks, remediation and infrastructure project for a new build major data centre in Leeds utilising an NEC4 contract, Options C & D.

This is an incredibly exciting project with multiple further phases currently being tendered, offering circa 5 years worth of local work.

The role is to be number one commercially on site, responsible for client and supply chain relations, all financial reporting and the mentoring of a more junior member of staff.
