Lead Quality Refurbishments That Make a Difference

A well-established national property services contractor is looking for an experienced Planned Works Supervisor (Internals) to oversee kitchen and bathroom refurbishment projects across Sussex.

The Role:
You’ll manage daily site operations, supervise teams and subcontractors, and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard. You’ll coordinate resources, monitor progress, maintain health & safety compliance, and handle any site challenges with a practical, hands-on approach.

Key Requirements:

SMSTS and NVQ Level 2/3 in a relevant trade (essential)

5–10 years’ experience delivering planned works (kitchens/bathrooms preferred)

Proven ability to lead teams and manage subcontractors

Strong knowledge of construction regs, H&S, and quality standards

Good IT and reporting skills
