Job Title: Water Hygiene Engineer
Location: Rotherham, Sheffield
Salary/Benefits: £25K – £36K DOE + Training & Benefits
Our client is on the hunt for a Water Hygiene Engineer with a good work history, who is able to utilse their skills to do daily Water Hygiene tasks such as TMVs, calorifiers, flushing, descales and disinfect CWST. Ideally the candidate will be based in South Yorkshire with proficiency in legionella compliance and a keen attitude to work. The company is a well-established name within the Water Hygiene / Legionella industry, who have a growing client base. Candidates will need to be flexible to travel in line with company requirements. Experience / Qualifications:
– Previous / current experience in a Water Hygiene Company working in commercial and industrial environments / work places
– Smart manner when contacting clients
– Working to of ACOP L8 and HSG 274 guidelines
– Time-efficient when completing tasks
– Capable of using IT software
– Travel in line with company requirements
The Role:
– Water sampling and temperature monitoring checks
– Chlorinations and acid descales
– Showerhead descales
– TMV servicing, failsafe testing and repairs
– Writing up regular service reports
– Flushing little use outlets to prevent legionella build-up
– Calorifiers
– Clean and disinfect CWST and inspections
