This industry-leading commercial fit-out and refurbishment company specialises in office fit-outs and structural works, while also delivering a wide variety of projects across the retail, education, and leisure sectors. Following continued success and steady expansion, the company now operates on a national scale, managing projects ranging from small works valued at £5,000-£20,000 to major developments worth up to £1 million. The ideal candidate will be eager to contribute to the company's ongoing growth and gain hands-on experience across a diverse portfolio of projects.

In this role, you will be based at the Sheffield office, primarily supporting the delivery of smaller works projects. Your key responsibilities will include assisting with cost planning, preparing contracts, attending project review meetings, and managing general administrative duties. You will also contribute to building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and suppliers. While the role is mainly office-based, there may be occasional accompanied visits to project sites.

The Role:

Assist with cost planning and contract preparation

Participate in project review meetings

Maintain strong relationships with clients and suppliers

Support small-scale fit-out projects valued between £5,000 and £20,000

Contribute to larger fit-out projects valued up to £1 million

The Person:

HNC/HND in Construction or Quantity Surveying, or a degree in Quantity Surveying

Motivated to progress and develop professionally

Excellent communication skills
