Quantity Surveyor – Passive Fire

Are you an experienced Quantity Surveyor with a background in Fire Protection?

Approach Personnel are proud to be partenered with one of the largest Property Services contractors in the UK, who are currently on the look out for a Quantity Surveyor to join them on a permanent basis. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for the financial performance of various fire protection projects.

What are we looking for?

* Professional qualification in Quantity Surveying or equivalent degree.

* Previous experience of working with bill of quants, schedules of rates, design and build contracts,

* Extensive experience in commercial management and procurement of subcontractors.

* Previous experience of passive fire works are preferred , howver this is not essential.

Key Responsibilities:

* Take responsibility of projects from inception to completion.

* Identify areas to improve margin.

* Management and administration of sub-contractor accounts.

* Develop and maintain subcontract and supplier contracts.
