Salary: £250 – £280 Per day

Qualifications: SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid, Driving Licence

Skills: Experience in new build housing

Company Description: A small and bespoke housing developer is seeking a Site Manager to provide cover on a site in Coventry. The project involves the construction of traditional new build homes.

Job Duties:

Oversee and manage all on-site construction activities
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and vendors
Monitor project progress and quality of work
Communicate with project stakeholders and provide regular updates

Required Qualifications:

SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certification
CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) card
Valid First Aid certification
Full UK Driving Licence

Working Conditions:

On-site presence required, with potential for extended hours as needed
Exposure to various weather conditions and construction hazards
Frequent communication with team members, subcontractors, and clients
