Small works project Co -ordinator
Are you a proactive Project Co-ordinator who thrives in a fast-paced environment? We're looking for someone to take the lead on multiple short-term construction projects across commercial sites – from planning and procurement through to completion and client handover.
This is a hands-on, delivery-focused position where you'll manage several live projects ranging in value from £20k to £100k. You'll be responsible for day-to-day site operations, coordinating trades and suppliers, and ensuring everything runs smoothly, safely, and to a high standard.
Your key responsibilities will include:

Managing the full lifecycle of multiple projects simultaneously

Coordinating site set-up, subcontractors, materials, and programme timelines
*
Ensuring Health & Safety and CDM compliance across all works
*
Maintaining project documentation, RAMS, progress updates, and procurement schedules
*
Liaising directly with clients and internal teams
*
Supporting the pricing and tendering of new works
*

Proven experience managing small to mid-size construction or maintenance projects (£20k–£100k)
*
Strong organisational skills and ability to handle multiple live sites
*
