Business Development Executive
White Label Recruitment are working in partnership with a well-established construction business to recruit a Sales Executive / Business Development Executive to join their growing team.
This is an exciting opportunity to take the next step in your sales career – with a stream of warm inbound enquiries, and a supportive, ambitious team.
Responsibilities of the Sales / Business Development Executive:

Follow up on quotations provided by the estimating team – you’ll be speaking to clients, clarifying timelines, and keeping enquiries warm
*
Use CRM system to identify project progress, confirm which contractor has won the work, and position your quote effectively
*
Build rapport with contractors and decision-makers and undertaking meetings via Teams and face-to-face
*
Manage a high volume of leads and follow-ups, up to 1,000 live quotes could be out at any one time
*
Send follow-up emails, attend Teams/F2F meetings, and occasionally visit sites (when appropriate)
What We're Looking For:

A friendly, confident communicator with the natural ability to build relationships
*
Background in sales or business development, open to any industry
*
Someone with a keen interest in learning technical detail (you’ll be exposed to industry & building regulations and quoting systems)
Package details:
* Salary up to £40k dependent on experience
* Company car or car allowance
* Commission structure – 0.45% on sales. This will be paid to you as the company gets paid by the client and will be paid on a monthly basis
