Contract Site Manager 

Connect Grp UK Ltd is helping our client, a reputable multi disciplined company based in Central London, in the search for a talented Site Manager. This ongoing position offers a competitive day rate of £350-£400 and is ideal for an individual with significant experience working as a Site Manager within a Main Contractor environment. If you are driven, detail-oriented, and ready to lead projects, we would like to hear from you.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Site Manager, particularly with a Main Contractor background.

Strong knowledge of cut & carve processes and site management practices.

Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively manage on-site teams.

Ability to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.

Relevant certifications and qualifications in construction management or related fields.

SMSTS, 1st aid and CSCS card

From a trade back ground with a minimum 10-15 years experience

Responsibilities:

Oversee all on-site operations, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and to budget.

Coordinate and supervise the construction activities, liaising with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.

Manage site staff and allocate responsibilities to ensure the team's productivity and motivation.

Implement health and safety measures to create a safe working environment for all personnel.

Report on project progress, addressing any issues or potential delays in a timely manner.

Overseeing the construction of a new roof along with replacing the existing roof on grade 2 listed building.

Good knowledge of external brickwork
