We’re currently recruiting for an experienced 3CX Operator to join a busy project based in Barham, Ipswich. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure steady, long-term work with a well-established contractor.

📍 Location: Barham, Ipswich (IP6)
📅 Start Date: Immediate
💷 Pay Rate: £23–£24 per hour (CIS, Umbrella or PAYE options available)
📆 Duration: Ongoing

Role Details:
🔸 Operating a 3CX Backhoe Loader
🔸 Assisting with general groundworks when required
🔸 Working on a commercial development site

Requirements:
✔ Valid CPCS or NPORS with 3CX category
✔ Proven experience on 3CX machines
✔ Good work ethic and reliable transport
