Are you an experienced Survey Manager with a strong background in heavy civils and M&E works? Do you thrive on major projects and have a proven track record with a Tier 1 main contractor?

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Survey Manager to a main contractor on a significant project in West London. This is an initial 6-month contract with the strong potential for extension.

The Role:

You'll be responsible for leading a small, dedicated team of land surveyors. Your primary duties will include:

Overseeing and conducting topographical surveys.

Managing all setting out activities for heavy civils and Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) installations.

Ensuring the accuracy and quality of all survey data.

Mentoring and guiding your survey team.

Collaborating closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders.

About You:

You must have significant experience as a Survey Manager, specifically gained with a Tier 1 main contractor.

A solid background in surveying is essential.

Proven expertise in topographical surveys and setting out for large-scale heavy civils and M&E projects.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and develop a small team.

Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Proficiency with relevant surveying equipment and software.
