We're working with an exceptional multi-disciplinary construction and property consultancy to appoint a Senior Project Manager who can hit the ground running on a commercial and education heritage project in London.
This is a priority hire, and candidates must be immediately available or on a short notice period (2-4 weeks max).
The Opportunity:
Deliver end-to-end refurbishment, conservation, and adaptive reuse projects, often involving Grade I and II listed buildings.
Work on behalf of prestigious public and private clients across London's built environment.
Act as project lead and contract administrator, ensuring programme, cost, and quality are tightly managed.

What We're Looking For:
Experienced Project Manager with a strong track record in listed building, heritage, and refurbishment schemes.
Ideally from a consultancy, client-side or hybrid background with excellent stakeholder and contract admin skills (JCT/NEC).
Confident working in occupied environments and managing traditional trades.
Available immediately or with a short notice period (max 4 weeks).
In return:
Salary: £70,000-£75,000
Allowance: £5,000 (car/travel)
