MEP Manager – Permanent – London – Hotel Fit-Out (D&B )
We're working with a respected main contractor delivering a high-spec, fast-track hotel fit-out under a Design & Build contract, located near Hyde Park Gate. They are seeking an experienced MEP Manager to take the lead on all building services packages.
Key Responsibilities:

Take full ownership of all MEP aspects of the project – from design coordination and procurement through to installation and commissioning.
*
Coordinate MEP with architectural and structural design, resolving clashes and ensuring buildability.
*
Manage procurement of all services packages, including subcontractor tendering and delivery planning.
*
Oversee on-site MEP delivery, quality control, and integration with finishes and construction programme.
*
Work closely with the design and site teams to keep works aligned, compliant, and on schedule.
Ideal Candidate:
*
Solid experience delivering fast-track fit-out projects, preferably in high-end hospitality, hotel, or luxury retail sectors.
*
Confident with design coordination and procurement in a D&B environment.
*
Strong technical understanding of MEP systems and sequencing.
*
Clear communicator with proactive site presence.
