Salary: £40,000 to £60,000 DOE

Role Overview
As a Site Manager, you will oversee day‑to‑day site operations from setup to handover. Reporting to the Construction Director, you'll lead teams, manage subcontractors, ensure strict adherence to health & safety, and liaise with clients and suppliers.
Key Responsibilities
Fully manage site activities: planning, scheduling, logistics, and quality control
Monitor progress through daily briefings, inductions, toolbox talks, and site visits
Coordinate with project managers, clients, consultants, and trades
Maintain accurate site records, safety documentation, and progress reports
Resolve on-site challenges promptly to keep projects on time and within budgetEssential Qualifications & Experience
Valid SMSTS certification
Valid First Aid at Work certificate
Black CSCS Card (Management level)
Proven experience in construction site management (e.g., new builds, fit-outs, refurbishments)
Strong leadership, communication, and practical problem-solving abilities
Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
