Prepare and submit planning and building regulation applications
Prepare and develop planning scheme to detailed construction drawings
Produce technical specifications, tender, and working drawing packages
Liaise with clients, consultants and external team members
Carry out site visits to ensure technical compliance and high quality is achievedSkills and experience for the role of Architectural Technician:

BSc within Architectural Technology
Strong post qualification experience as a Technologist within a UK practice
Proficiency with Revit and Sketchup
Experience managing projects within the leisure and education sectors
Job running experience is essential
Excellent technical and drawing skills
Strong knowledge of UK building regulations
Strong attention to detail
Excellent communication and organisational skills
